We offer a personalized fitness program that includes customized workout plans and nutrition plans, all in a friendly and supportive environment. Our consultations on fitness level are aimed at delivering the best results, and our certified training programs have helped many of our clients transform their lives.
Youth Training
(One-on-one or two-on-one training )

A private training program that is specifically designed for clients under the age of 15 years old.
The program includes a consultation on your fitness goals, a fitness program designed just for you and a customized nutrition plan. Training involves bodybuilding, cardio, stamina and flexibility.
Senior Training
(One-on-one or two-on-one training )

A private training program that is specifically designed for clients above the age of 60 years old.
The program includes a consultation on your fitness goals, a fitness program designed just for you and a customized nutrition plan.
Cross Training
(One-on-one or two-on-one training )

Cross-training is ideal for anyone, whether you're a beginner who wants to get in shape or an experienced exerciser looking to take your fitness to the next level.

It's the backbone of any well-developed exercise program. Training mostly involve cardio training, weight training (using dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight) and resistance training.
Athletic Training - THE ALPHAS

ALPHAS offers high-level Athletic & rehabilitation program, built for athletes of all levels.
These Private Athletic training sessions include customized workout plan that is designed specifically for you (based on your sport, fitness level, physical shape and target) with the aim of preparing you to be the best at your sport. Program also include rehabilitation sessions with certified coaches.
